I am still a relative new-comer to Photoshop, and I have been trying to figure out if there is a logical reason that Smart Filters are available for everything EXCEPT ‘Blur / Lens Blur’ and ‘Stylize / Wind’.
Or is it simply that Adobe never wrote the routines?
