I have Photoshop CS and have been using it for a long time on this computer – and it has always been fine. I’m now trying to open it – and it basically won’t open. The initialization takes forever (it was always long – but is REALLY long) and then I get a message that the application is not responding.
There is nothing new about the computer – no new hardware or software. And everything else runs fine.
I’m currently going through a procedure to see if I have a virus or some other kind of malware – but I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar experience – and if so, what the solution was.
