Whould any know of a freeware/software or filter/plugin that will create a mandala or kaleidoscope effect?

I have a plug in that has a kaleidoscope filter- filters unlimited 2.0 I think it’s not free someone gave it to me

but a Google brought up pages of free choices

the idea reminded me of a great ad I saw for perfumes
