You must reset the Settings file. To do this, doubleclick on the PS
icon to open the prog and immediatly press (at the same time) the
Shift+Ctrl+Alt keys: this will open the dialog box 'Delete the Adobe
Photoshop Settings File'. Click 'yes' and Photoshop will open and
your tools will work again.
