PS7. 01 Help gets me "Page Cannot Be Displayed" msg

Just installed PS7, Golive 6, Ill. 10.0 & Acrobat 5. Can’t make help work on any of them. PS 6 – no problem. Can’t use the Preview in feature either. Went to preferences and checked different browsers – nothing worked. In Preview, all are greyed out. Thanks for the help!
