I need help with creating an icecream texture (the rippled surface like when you scrape it with a spoon).
Ist there any PSD file I could download or at least a tutorial? I had no luck finding it.

Hmm, why not take some vanilla icecream and scrape it, take some photographs, eat the evidence, repeat.

Run through the photos finding ones with similar textures to what you’re after, adjust levels, convert to greyscale, and then use them as a texture layer in a lighting effects filter.

One problem you’re going to inevitably run into is that the lighting and angle on your original photos will need to generally match what you’re looking for in the final result, since much of that texture you see is a function of light and shadow.
