Hi.
I am looking for a filter that change a picture into a drawing that kids can fill with paints.
I want to take pictures of all my kid friends and then to print it b/w and the kids will paint it.
Is it possible?

Experiment with the "Stamp" filter. It makes an image into a B&W line drawing.

You don’t need a filter,
Try this: Shift + Ctrl +U next Ctrl + J then Ctrl + I then in the layers palette change the mode to colour dodge then go to Filter Blur/gaussian blur.

Actually it makes a foreground color/background color drawing. If you want B&W use the default B&W (hit D). Nice idea though.
