I am posting this to help anyone else who may be having
problems with this file format.

The PSF format is nothing more than a JPEG with a 128 byte header inserted before the actual JPEG by that utter piece of garbage ArcSoft PhotoStudio. Why the hell do they need to pretend they invented some kind of proprietary file format when all they are doing is disguising a JPEG with their idiotic header? But I digress…

Just strip away the first 128 bytes from PSF files and rename them to JPEG and that’s it. Open the file in a hex editor and remove the first 128 bytes so that the file starts with byte number 129.
