image size feature locks up photoshop 7

I open an image…click image in the menu bar then click image size to resize and photoshop just locks up. Can’t close the image or the program with out using ctl+alt+del. Everything else seems to be working except this one feature. Anybody else had this problem or know a fix?

Trash preferences. Update to 7.0.1.

Trash preferences. Update to 7.0.1.

Thanks. I downloaded the update but it didn’t fix the problem. Anything else I might try?
