I am keying in a line of text and then going to layer style and selecting stroke so the text is bordered. The stroke is red and I want it black. So, I tried to make the background color black but the stroke is still red. How do I change the stroke around the text to a different color of my choice? Thanks, Diane

Click on the word Stroke in the layers style box. That will bring up a color picker.
