Hey everyone, not necessarily a photoshop question, but I am trying to print something and the colour on my printer does not match my computer screen.
How much is it off by?
What is on your screen can never exactly match what is in print; the laws of physics forbid it. However, it should generally be able to get close, with the exception of certain colors like vivid, saturated blues and greens.
If your printer and your screen do not match, there are many possible reasons:
– You are trying to print colors such as vivid blue which you can never get in print;
– Your printer has an ink nozzle that is dirty or clogged, or is out of one of the ink colors;
– You are using thw wrong color profile for your printer;
– Your screen is not calibrated;
or any of a hundred other problems. You need to be more specific: What are you trying to print? In what way does it not match your screen?
