I have taken a class at a college for Photoshop. I probably know this but don’t seem to remember. When I save a file as a gif, I always seem to get a nasty little white border around the image when I put it on my web page. I want it to be a completely transparent background. Mostly with text is where this problem is. I have tried several different things. I create the new file with a transparent background, saved with a transparent background (where applicable), saved for web, etc. I seem to be missing something here. Can somebody refresh my memory on how to get a text image to save in photoshop without this frustrating white border around it? I also play around in image ready a little (as I am just learning this program) and I get the same problem when I save my animations as an optimized gif. PLEASE HELP!!!!
