Screen caps for tutorials break agreement?

I heard a rumour concerning screen caps of PS for tutorials. The rumour is that they break the license agreement. And I’m not exactly legalese minded, mind you.

Is this true?
If so, is this version specific, like a new deal with CS? Or has it been around for awhile? Does this apply to just entire screen caps or also apply to partial screen caps like just the layers palette?

There are a *ton* of sites out there, so I am also curious about what action Adobe may take …if this is true, that is.

Any clarification, verification, or debunking greatly appreciated.

Just wanted to add something real quick.
I also heard that this quandry was previously talked about over here. I tried searching, but I couldn’t find anything.

it was in the lounge stroker. there’s no archive in there so it may have scrolled off. i’m not sure there’s anything they can do. copyright law has an explicit exemption for "Educational purposes".

if phosphor sees this maybe he can link to the original page that had adobe’s wording on it. i think they object to modifying the screen caps (markups, etc.)

There will also be definite restrictions about screen captures of beta versions. I cannot imagine Adobe prosecuting anyone for using a shot of the screen in a tutorial. For one thing, how could they claim damages for this.
