Welcome screen in PE4

I set pe4 to open with the Organizer. Now I want to open with the Editor, but have no Welcome Screen where I can set the opening program.

How do I get the Welcome Screen back?

Is there another way to set the opening program?

Once you open the organizer the go up to the drop down menu, windows the then go down to welcome. Click on welcome and it will bring up the welcome screen. Then at the bottom left of the screen you can choose how you want elements to start. It will show welcome, organizer, or editor.
