Hi there, I’m from the UK and wondered if someone could help me.

A few weeks ago I was involved in a hit and run car accident (as in- he emailed me and didn’t stop!!) I have some CCTV footage of the car that did it is very hard to see the numberplate on the jpegs I have. I wondered if someone who knew any tricks could help?! I can email you the jpegs….

Please if you think you can help me, let me know, as I have bought a brand new car all of my insurance.
