Photoshop help please ????

I am installing my photoshop, it says the password is invalid. the password is as follows:
L = letter
N = number

LLLNNNLNNNNNNN-NNN

Can anyone tell me what is wrong here please ?

You need to put in the hyphen before the last 3.

A lot of serials numbers show hyphens, but don’t need them, but photoshop needs that hyphen.

i have put the hyphen in, left it out, doesnt seem to make any difference……….
