REQ: Action or Script to do this….

Hi all,
Does anyone know of a Photoshop CS action or script for resizing?

What I need it to do is….
a) check size of pic
b) if its wider than it is tall, then resize to a set width or
c) if its taller than it is wide, then resize to a set height.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try File>Automate>Fit Image. You can incoprporate it into an action.
