Merging photo’s for colarge (spelling?) effect

Hi i have a few photo’s that i need to merge together to create a colarge effect in photoshop 7. What is the best way to do this?

Any advice really appreciated

Put each photo on its own layer, and give each one a layer mask. Then use a soft edged brush to remove the edges. (Use a layer mask in case you want to change what you’ve hidden- you can’t really do that if you just use an eraser) That’s one way, anyway!
