Sure it hasn’t slipped back behind other tool? I forget, maybe behind marquee tools?

Does the Crop Tool cursor show up if you tap the "c" key on your keyboard?

If no, you have a bigger problem than I’m equipped to deal with.

If yes, you now see how easy it is to switch between your tools via the keyboard. Learn all of the Tool bar shortcuts. You’ll be glad you did, I promise.
