disappearing tools bar

Hi,
I have been using cs for about a week now and was editing a pic and closed the tools bar, when i was finished i closed down when i opened it again the tools bar was missing so i went to windows and clicked on tools and it opened but whenever i open cs now the tools bar is missing and i have to go to windows to open it again.
Is there a way to get it to always open when opening cs. cheers
