Yes, I will be calling Adobe tomorrow (Monday), but I have to believe this is happening to others.
I bought ten licenses (5 each, PC and Mac) and installed the suite without a hitch on the MacPro. However, on a new MacBook Pro which will be used only with Photoshop and Illustrator the install goes exceedingly slowly, then ejects the media and stops with a blank dialog box. Anticipating what it might be doing by inserting the next disc does not work – the disc shows on the desktop and there is no activity.
