Can’t Install Photoshop 6 error 112

I tried to install in Windows Me and 98(2), gets "Setup is unable to decompress and copy all of the program iles needed to proceed with the installation. contact your software vendor."
"Error 112"

Does anyone had this problem?

Try copying the whole of the Photoshop folder on the CD to a new folder on your HDD and then run Setup from your HDD.

I tried both on Windows ME and 98 2nd–C:PhotoShop(named)and in My Documents:folder named "photoshop".
After I copied by select all and copy to the new named folder: Photoshop. After downloaded, I click on "Setup", the error message is the same. "Setup is unable to decompress and copy all of the program files needed to proceed with the installation. contact your software vendor." Error 112.

On Windows 98; when I click on the "Setup" after I copied to C nothing happened; so I scandisked and still nothing happened; so I checked for deleted file; there is no file missing.

Well? What should I do?
