I was greatly disappointed, and absolutely amazed, to recently find out that the reason why none of our users could access the Help / Contents menu was because they did not have Administrator rights. There was a suggestion that giving them Power User rights would overcome this issue, but it failed to work.
So, and this has been confirmed to me by Adobe, the only way that a user can access the Contents screen under Help, is to have administrator access given to them!! This apparently is to provide greater security, but how on earth can this be true, if the only way users can access Help is to expose our systems by giving them full open access??
I cannot grasp this concept, and wonder if others feel the same? Regards – Wayne
