Hi(Bonjour)!

I own Adobe Creative suite 3 Production Premium for Mac education package and help menu don’t work with any of the applications installed. It’s like all help content is missing.

I didn’t see an option in installation dialog to include help or not nor PDF documentation. So how can I get help menus working? I’ve just noticed this problem as I didn’t use the help menu until today.

Thank you.

Michel

Hi Michel,

Do you see Adobe Help Viewer 1.0 in the Applications directory?

If so try downloading and installing the 1.1 update.

Hi(Bonjour) Steve,

No I have Adobe Help Center (not Adobe help viewer).

I’ve downloaded the suggested update. It installs without problem but this help center give help for CS 2 apps (I own this version too).
