ps 7.0 freezes @ click on "new"

hello

my ps7.0 freezes when i click on "file" >> "new". all items in the menu are disabled and i can’t click on any button in the left panel.

anyone able to fix that?

Does hitting either ESC or ENTER get you out of the freeze?

hmm yes, by hit ESC. but i can’t create a new document. that sucks.

I suspect the New Document dialog was off-screen. That’s why I suggested ESC [abort it] or ENTER [accept values] to test this idea. Maybe you have messed with screen resolution recently …
