Hello- Suddenly when I start PS7 I receive a message telling me that PS will not start because "EToolBox.dll" cannot be located. Luckilly, when I press OK, the application does eventually launch. I did a bit of research and found that "etoolbox" is associated with Extensis products. (I recently installed the trial version of Extensis PhotoFrame.). It seemed logical to me to delete anything I could find referencing Extensis, which I did, and I still receive the same message. Any suggestions? Also, when I try to start Adobe Illustrator, I simply get a message that says "Illustraror will not run." I’m assuming the two issues are somehow connected since they occurred simultaneously. RE Illustrator: In the error window the only option is "exit," which means I no longer have a useable Illustrator program. I would be grateful for any advice, please!
Thanks. DB~
