Bit of a new bee

I have found one way on how to install Images to layers, using cut and past but from my searches their are a few more, but did not fully understand them.

These are Digital photo frames and pictures..

Using Elements 6.

Plus any recommended books worth getting..?

Could you explain a bit more what you are trying to do please? Are you trying to place a frame around a picture? Place an image inside a decorative frame?
