Photoshop CS RAW converter and Nikon D70 Tone Curves

The Nikon D70 will support custom tone curves. If you have a custom tone curve selected and save the image in the NEF format, does the Photoshop CS RAW converter use the tone curve if you accept the "as shot" conversion in Photoshop RAW converter?
