How does one do this effect, see images link.

The lights that gleam upward. I know how to do the gradient accross, but not the gleaming light.

It may be done with Auto F/X lighting filter but if you use a seperate layer, draw a beam with the Lasoo tool and feather it big, say 100 pixels, it’ll give a big feathered edge and use the blending modes on the new layer as well as adjust the opacity.

try it and see.

Jeff,

As Mark mentioned, it looks like an Auto F/X plugin. I believe it’s the "Mystical Lighting " filter package.
