I have a client that needs BMP icons for his software. He needs the background of the image to be RGB 1,1,1 so that he can make it transparent and use RGB 0,0,0 in for outlines within the icon.
But when I export the icons to BMP, the RGB 1,1,1 values change to RGB 2,2,2.
Using Photoshop 7.0 on a Mac.
Any fixes or suggestions would be much appreciated.
