I want to install the drivers for this label printer on another computer. The problem is that it’s kind of old and I can’t find any drivers for it anywhere. I have a system that uses the printer already and it works great, even over network, but I want to attach it locally.

In the past with other printers, I’ve been able to create a share, and then change the port on the client to lpt1 instead of the network and that’s been fine, but on this one, I can’t seem to do that, everything is grayed out.

Is there a way to "fix" that, or extract the drivers somehow so I can install via add printers?

It’s an Eltron LP 2538

but the current driver it uses is for the 2348 (1.14)
