I have Photoship 7.01 on Windows XP with 512 MB of RDRAM. I have a lot of JPEG images in one folder. When I open the folder, the Photoshop icons in front of the file name load very slowly, one at a time.
Any idea on how to get them to load instantly when I open the folder, as did the Photoshop 4.0 icons?

You could try re-naming psicon.dll to psicon.dll.old – but you will lose your thumbnails of PSD files in explorer if you do

Thanks, Len.
I don’t think I want to do that.
I appreciate the response, though!
Best, Pete
