Photoshop CS Lighting Effects Problem in 10.3.9

I can t start that effect twice. After first run i had to restart comp if i wish to use effect again.
Any idea?

More info? Does it not come up or does it just not do anything? Try purging the Clipboard.

If that doesn’t help,try trashing/resetting preferences.
