Well, a classic timing for a solution.
As I was preparing the screen for a screenshot with the most options at display I noticed that apparently there is an option called "Hide All Effects" that is only selectable when one clicks the effects list below the layer at the "Layers" list.
I noticed now that there was an option "Show All Effects" and clicked on it, every layer effect that I had created became visible and the feeling of deep frustration was also present. In my opinion this kind of option should be in a more visible space but fortunately for me I was curious enough to give this button a chance. And now back to the project, thank you YrbkMgr for your attention, hopefully this thread will help someone in the future.
