Hello everybody….

I’ve been doing some reading and in a few articles they’ve opted to use the noise reduction filter cited in cs2. My problem is I don’t have cs2 I do however have cs. Is the filter available for cs?

Thanks

Why not try Neat Image or Noise Ninja – both third party apps but very good, and the paying version is a plugin to Photoshop (Neatimage at least has a freeware stand alone version). The licenced version is also quite inexpensive.

to reduce Noise, inspect each channe.
Any channel with noise… add a blur or a despeckle filter. Just a bit. Noise is usually in the blue channel for RGB digital and in the black channel for CMYK.
