We have released a new Photoshop plug-in for pattern design, Artlandia SymmetryShop. The plug-in is similar to Artlandia SymmetryWorks, a plug-in for interactive pattern design in Adobe Illustrator.
SymmetryShop automates the creation of textile, wallpaper, and other surface designs as well as web page backgrounds, pattern- based optical illusions, and other repeating patterns.
SymmetryShop works with Photoshop 6 and later versions, including CS2 (Photoshop 7 or later recommended). Available for both Windows and Mac OS.
