When printing out of CS Photoshop… my background on screen is white, but when it comes out on the printer it is putting a blue or grey screen as the background.

What is the deal? Can someone assist me in correcting this?

Thanks!

This sounds like a colour management issue. You may have your print profile set to a device that isn’t even a printer.
You need to use the right colour profile for your printer and paper type. If you are lucky you may find a generic profile for your printer that assumes you are using either the most commonly used matt or glossy paper for that printer and that may give you good enough prints. There is no absolute reference for ‘white’ in printing its always the paper that is the ‘white’.
