It’s not RAM that is being referred to in "lack of memory" message, but virtual memory. No only should you have at least 200mb of freespace on your hard drive (the one being used to cache ScratchDrive) while 500mb is far better and be sure to keep it regularly DEFRAGGED. See if that doesn’t correct your problem.
