How do I uninstall the trial versions of these softwares? I can’t find any uninstall instructions anywhere.

Drag them to the trash.

Drag what to the trash? Drag the entire Adobe Photoshop CS Folder to the trash? Are there any other folders that need to be dragged to the trash also?

Yes, drag the Adobe Photoshop CS to the trash. That will remove the application from the system per standard Mac OS procedure.

If you like, you can also trash some of the folders contained in /Library/Application Support/Adobe (such as FileBrowser, Spelling, etc. but you risk breaking other Adobe apps if you do. And you can trash the Photoshop settings in ~/Library/Preferences if you don’t want your preferences to be remembered when, sorry, if, you install Photoshop at a later date. These steps are not necessary unless you really want to remove every last trace of the trial (except for the trial expiry data – you’ll need to erase your system disk for that).
