Photoshop 5.5 won’t launch – HELP!!!

I installed and ran a program called Defragmenter Pro Plus (http://utils.newfreeware.com/programs/869/) and now I every time I try to open Photoshop 5.5, I get this message…
"There is not enough memory (RAM) to launch Photoshop."

How can I repair this problem, and get Photoshop back up and running?

Most likely something is now messed up with your hard drive.

Photoshop, the OS, or some drive information is corrupted.
