I kind of doubt it. I think it’s a way of protecting the e-mail addresses so people DON’T get e-mail. I never minded getting legitimate questions about Elements, but I later made sure my e-mail address was removed, because I don’t want to run the risk of harvesters picking up an address that could be used to get anything all the way to my computer. I don’t worry about the computer, but I do hate to be annoyed by this crap.
