I just got PS7 & already found a few good PSE tools are missing (photomerge & fill flash, so far). Does anyone know a cookbook procedure to do fill flash via curves tool? There are too many degrees of freedom in curves if you don’t have guidance. I know the basics – pin some points and drag the curve to adjust, but WHERE to pin and how much to adjust? Also drag it vertically or diagonally? Thanks!

I’m not a real big fan of the ‘fill flash’ option in elements so i don’t use it. I find using the ‘ brightness/contrast adjustment layer in ‘ luminosity’ mode does a much better job…same with the mode in ‘curves’.
