How to Save as webpage by having diffrent files from diffrent layers?

when I save my file to webpage, all of layers are in one file, so it makes webpage to download all of the thing at one time, what can I do to have seprated webpage file like my photoshop layers?

you need to save as indervidual files, the function is not save as web page, but save for web.
