When I purchased my scanner, Epson 2400, a version of Photoshop Elements came along with the package. After installing in my old computer, I have done away with the instruction book except for the CD Rom. Now with my computer with XP, I cannot access this program because it is asking me for the serial number. What should I do?

Epson bought distribution rights from Adobe, so your only hope will be contacting them to see if they can provide a serial number for you.

Hint for the future: Write the serial number on the installation CD!
