Does CS work to organize files?

I’m in need of a CD organizing software… so I can finally get a workable inventory of the 1000’s of files I have on about 75 CD’s.

I’ve used iView Multimedia back on my old machine (but don’t have it for OSX) and it seems to work fairly well. My question is this: Does the new Photoshop CS come with a similar image organizing utility that keeps records of which files are on which disks?

Or should I just go for the iView option.

Any information much appreciated…
