Opening Multiple files in PS 7 on OSX

When I open multiple files from a folder PS no longer opens them in alpha order. They open in what appears to be a very random order. Is there any way to open file in alpha order?

If you do a forum search on open order, you’ll see this has been discussed here often. The files are opened in the order dictated by the OS.
