When i start up photoshop 7, the splash will go through loadin everything, but when it says "initializing" it just stops and closes no error, no anything. ive tried un/reinstalling, but the same thin happened. Im running xp if that makes any difference.
i saw on another thread someone with the same problem, but the solutio was to "Try resetting prefs – see FAQ." and i neither know what prefs i to be resetting, or which faqs to look at.
help is much appreciated
