The only way I am able to make transparent gif work is to have anti-alias of text turned *off*. Am I doing it correctly?

If I do turn anti-alias off, then the text doesn’t look as nice. This is on a image file with large text 48px.

Any suggestions?

Put your text on transparent background to begin with, then do SFW with tranparency checked, works either way for me.

It isn’t working for me.

I do have my text on a transparent background. I have transparency checked.

I’m using PSE1.

I’m using PE1 and I’m not reproducing your problem. Does it happen with all your text or perhaps just this particular font ?
