Well I can really use that bit of advice..
Assistance please in using the actions. It seems to me that certain elements have decided to no longer work such as clouds, feather etc. Can anyone please explain to me (in simple terms) what has happened and how I can rectify the situation…

Economy of words will only bring economy advice I’m afraid. As John said: you really do need to be more specific and explain in detail what it is you are trying to do and what exactly is going wrong.
We cannot see what you see on your screen, so you’re going to have to spell it out for us.
Also:
System info, Photoshop version, etc, etc.
What are the files? 16 bit? CMYK? Some things only work with 8 bit RGB files.
