Text is slanted!

Everytime I type, my text comes out slanted, almost like it’s italicized (it’s not though, mind you). I’ve checked all the settings I could think of, yet the only solution I have is to skew it back when I’m done. Anyone have any ideas?

Did you try resetting the Text Tool?

In your text palette, uncheck faux italic.
